Starting fees for individual and SME engagements are published in KES. Third-party AI, hosting and channel usage are billed separately. An optional capped outcome fee of 10–20% of verified Year-1 value, capped; only with mutual KPI baseline can be agreed only against a mutual KPI baseline. Scope and commercial terms are agreed before delivery.
Yes. Small clinics, SMEs, founders and individuals can engage Derrick directly or request a focused Pawanax AI assessment or build. These are quoted separately from enterprise programmes. Clinical SaaS at /pricing is another option for ready-to-use software.
We scope clinician oversight, data access, evaluation, and governance around the actual setting. ODPC-aware documentation supports the engagement; the scope includes evaluation criteria, human review and the approvals required for the setting.
